"I was looking for a Dentist that would make my Mom feel comfortable and take time to explain each treatment plan. I did a google search for dentist in Scottsdale and I found Dr Trowbridge, made the appoinment and the rest is history. My Mom is Diabetic and needed extensive work done and each time everything was explained in detail and she was comfortable each time she went in. Dr Trowbridge has displayed exceptional care and courtesy and genuine kindness to my Mom and well as myself. The staff follow their leaders example and are so accommodating when making appointments. Since we live 3 1/2 hours from Scottsdale making appointments can be problematic but always the staff at Artistic Design have always been very patient and kind towards us. "I will have to say Dr Trowbridge is the best dentist I have ever been to. I have my qtrly cleanings done, crowns, fillings and purchased teeth whiting products for at home use. For anyone who is nervous about going to a dentist, Dr Trowbridge is a must try. Dr and staff are so friendly and make you feel at ease. I look forward to the relaxing time in the chair as it is my time to unwind by listening to my favorite show, HGTV and having a blanket to cover up with. It is more like a lazy afternoon at home on the couch than a trip to the dentist. I will have to say it is a truly painless experience as they are so carefully and conscientious about small things like not pinching the lip during procedures and numbing the area before injecting novocaine. The new office is welcoming when you walk in as id does not give the feel of a doctors office. I have never had any problems with my insurance company as Dr. Trowbridge submits to the insurance and that is all there is to it. It is comforting to know that when I walk out the door all has been taken care of very professionally. Give Dr and staff a try, you will be glad you did."
"I had not been to a dentist SEVERAL years due to high anxiety and fear. I made an appt for my husband who had not been in a while due to financial concerns knowing he needed much work done but also wanted cosmetic work as well. MUCH to my surprise, they 'suggested' to make an appt for myself 'just to look'. Well, all is history now. Both my husband and myself are frequent flyers with Dr Trowbridge and have never looked back. We will never go back to not caring for our teeth again. Dr Trowbridge took all my fears away. "She is the most KIND & INCREDIBLE dentist I've ever been to and I've been to a lot of dentists over the years. 15 years go, I became increasingly scared of dentists due to multiple bad experiences. Before Dr. Trowbridge, I was beyond TERRIFIED of the dentist. I would be sick weeks before my appts and I sometimes cried during my appts, even just cleanings. She was so patient, gentle, knowledgeable & thorough and I could tell she truly cared. She was the first female dentist I've ever had and what a difference! She didn't put down my fears or think I was silly. My 4 procedures, even two with no novocaine (my choice) were virtually painless. She promised she wouldn't numb my tongue or get icky stuff on my tongue and she was true to her word. The needle didn't hurt at all. She would stop whenever I needed her to, and she even had a TV overhead for me to focus on instead."

She dropped what she was doing when I showed up unexpectedly to redo a temp cap that fell off. She didn't have her assistant; SHE did it! After being in a previous dental office where you're treated like a number, Dr. Trowbridge is totally awesome. She truly cares about you and has compassion. I would highly recommend Dr. Trowbrige.
